Web design for Markham businesses, clear to the people who compare

I build custom-coded websites for Markham firms, clinics, suppliers and shops, starting at $1,000. I'm based in Toronto and work with you by video, so there is no travel and no office visit. Your buyers will look at two or three companies before they pick up the phone. I make sure yours is the clearest.

A site that explains you in the first screen

Many Markham companies sell to other businesses. Those buyers research first, and they leave fast if they can't tell what you do. Three things decide it.

  • 01

Plain words about what you do, and for whom.

One sentence at the top. No slogans. A buyer should know in ten seconds whether you can help.

  • 02

    Proof you can be trusted.

Real work, real names (with permission) and the details a careful buyer checks before getting in touch.

  • 03

A form that asks the right questions.

If your quote request needs a part number, a deadline or a site address, the form asks for it. You get a complete enquiry instead of a day of back-and-forth emails.

Who I build for in Markham

Four kinds of business I build for, and the one job the site must do for each.

  • 01

    Technical and B2B firms

Whether you're near Highway 7 and Woodbine or somewhere else in the city, buyers want your service explained clearly and a quote form that works.

  • 02

    Accountants and advisers

Who you help, what you charge for, and a person's name and face. A firm's site should feel calm and careful.

  • 03

    Clinics

Treatments in plain words and an easy way to book. My dental clinic page shows how that looks.

  • 04

    Restaurants and shops

In Unionville or Markham Village, people check the menu or the hours on their phone first. Put both in the first screen.

Two websites I have built

To be straight with you: I'm not claiming either of these as a Markham client. They show how I work.

Philanthropize website on desktop and phone

Strategic advisory for charities and nonprofits

Philanthropize

Brand site and consultation booking

A brand site that explains the advisory services calmly, with the next step being obvious: book a consultation. Nothing flashy, because that audience values care over noise.

Insurewise website on desktop and phone

Independent insurance brokerage, Ontario

Insurewise

Full redesign, nine product pages

A full redesign with nine product pages and a single enquiry form. I kept the old page addresses so the history the site had built in search carried over.

Visit insurewiseinc.com (opens in a new tab) or see my work page.

What a Markham business website costs

My prices are public. Business is usually the fit: service pages, local setup and up to eight pages. Choose Flagship for custom features, or to get your first month of SEO Growth, a content and keyword plan for the year and priority turnaround included. Hosting is free, for as long as your site is with me.

  • Starter

    $1,000

one time, 2 to 5 pages, about 1 week

  • Most popular

    Business

    $2,000

one time, 5 to 8 pages, 1 to 2 weeks

If you rely on Google to bring in customers, this is the one I recommend.

  • Flagship

    $5,000

one time, 8 or more pages, 2 to 3 weeks

Landing page $5001 page, 3 to 5 days

All prices are in CAD and paid one time. You only pay for your own domain, about $15 to $25 a year. See the pricing page.

Here is my promise. You make the final payment only after you have approved the live preview. If something is not right, I keep fixing it. If you are still not happy, you don't pay it.

Built to be found, and quotable

Buyers ask AI tools for recommendations as well as searching Google. So I put a plain, direct answer near the top of every page, which is what both can quote, with Google Search Console on Business. SEO Growth is optional later, for sites I build ($499 a month).

How it works, from Toronto

  1. 01

    A short video call.

You tell me what you sell and who buys.

  2. 02

    Design.

You see the key pages and tell me what to change.

  3. 03

    Build.

I custom-code the site, fast on a phone and on a desktop.

  4. 04

    Live preview.

You check a link. When you are happy, I launch.

Questions from Markham business owners

  • No. I'm based in Toronto, and I work with Markham businesses by video and email. You review a live preview link before anything goes live.

  • Different in what it says. A plain explanation of the service, who it's for, and a quote form that asks for the details you need. Every package has a contact form that emails you. Custom forms are part of Flagship, or I quote them up front, in writing.

  • Yes. A redesign starts by checking what your site already earns in search, so your page addresses carry over. No one can guarantee rankings, so I don't. See website redesign.

  • Business is usually the fit: up to 8 pages, a page for each service, local setup. Flagship when you need custom features. Compare them on the pricing page.

Tell me about your Markham business

Send a few lines on what you sell and who buys it. I'll reply with a plan and a free quote. I only take on 4 new sites a month, because I build every site myself.

Also serving Richmond Hill and Newmarket.
