There are three packages: $1,000 for a small business site, $2,000 for a site built to rank locally and $5,000 for a flagship site. If you only need one page, a landing page is $500. Each price is fixed and covers exactly what the package lists. If you need more pages or a custom feature, I quote it up front, in writing, before any work starts. Hosting with SSL is free, and you only pay for your own domain. See the packages and what each includes.
Typically 2 to 4 weeks. A standard business site takes about 2 to 3 weeks; larger or more complex projects can take 4 or more. You'll get a clear timeline after your first call with me.
Then you don't pay the final payment. That's my promise. You make the final payment only after you approve the live preview. If something isn't right, I keep fixing it, and if you're still not happy, you don't pay it.
For a simple placeholder, they can be fine, and I'll tell you if that's all you need. If your site has to show up on Google and bring in enquiries, a tool alone won't tell you what good design looks like or how to get found. That judgment is what you're paying me for. More in why Eagle Rock.
