Website design for dental clinics, built to be found

We design and build websites for dental clinics. Custom-coded, founder-led, and made so a new patient can find you on Google, understand what you offer, and get in touch from their phone in a few taps. No templates.

What a dental clinic website needs

Good dental website design is mostly about being clear. A patient should know who you are, what you offer and how to reach you within a few seconds. Here is what we build into every clinic site.

  1. 01

An easy way to enquire or book

Most patients look at your site on a phone, often in a spare minute. We put a short enquiry form and a clear call or booking button where they can see them. If you already use a booking tool, we link to it.

  2. 02

Clear treatments and who you see

One page for each service you offer, in plain words. Patients should not have to guess whether you take on children, do emergency visits or offer the treatment they searched for. We write only what the practice confirms.

  3. 03

    Fast on a phone

A slow page loses people before they read a word. We custom-code the site without heavy page builders or stacks of plugins, so it loads quickly on mobile.

  4. 04

    Found in local search

Dental website design should help the right people nearby find you. We set up the on-site SEO (page titles, headings, local business details in the code) and make sure your address, hours and phone match your Google Business Profile. Changes to the profile itself are yours to make, and we will tell you what to update.

  5. 05

    Honest trust signals

Photos of your actual clinic, your actual dentists (with their permission), and the services you provide. Nothing invented, nothing you cannot stand behind. Clinics should keep website claims accurate, so we only use what you confirm.

We build with accessibility in mind: readable text, clear contrast, forms that work with a keyboard. Every clinic should also check what its own regulator expects of its website. That part is yours to confirm.

Case study: Parchmore Dental

Parchmore Dental is a dental practice in Thornton Heath, Croydon, in the UK. We work with clients in Canada, the UK and beyond, fully remote, so distance was never an issue.

A calm site that makes booking easy

We replaced an outdated site with a calm, high-trust design, gave each treatment its own page, and kept booking and calling one tap away on every screen. Then we set up the SEO so people nearby could find it.

On a phone

Most patients look at a dental site on a phone, so that is where booking has to be easiest.

  • Parchmore Dental home page on a phone, with a Book an appointment button, the phone number, and a Call us and Book an appointment bar at the bottom of the screen
01Book or call from the first screenThe home page opens with a book button and the phone number. A call and book bar stays at the bottom of every screen.
  • Parchmore Dental services list on a phone, showing restorative and preventative dentistry cards with a Read more link on each
02Every treatment has its own pageSeven treatments, from general dentistry to implants and clear braces, each explained in plain words on its own page.
  • Parchmore Dental appointment form on a phone, with fields for name, phone, email, preferred day and time, and whether you are already a patient
03A form made for appointmentsIt asks for a preferred day and time and whether you are already a patient, so the practice has what it needs to reply.

How we work with a dental clinic

A typical project takes 2 to 4 weeks. You deal directly with the founder, the person who builds your site, from first call to launch.

  1. 01

    Discovery

A free consultation. We learn about your clinic, your patients and what is not working on your current site. You get a clear plan and timeline before any code is written.

  2. 02

    Design

We design the key pages around your clinic and your patients. You see it and tell us what to change.

  3. 03

    Development

We custom-code the site, with speed, mobile and local search set up as we go.

  4. 04

    Launch

You review a live preview before anything goes public. When you are happy, we launch.

Already have a dental website?

If your clinic has a site that looks dated, loads slowly or brings in no enquiries, you may not need to start from zero. A dental website redesign keeps what is working, such as your page addresses and the Google history you have built, and fixes the rest. We plan the move so you do not lose what you already have.

  • Most projects take 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff to launch. The timeline depends on how many pages you need and how quickly we get your photos, service details and feedback. We give you the plan and the timeline before any code is written.

  • We plan for it. A redesign keeps your important page addresses, or redirects old ones to the new ones, so Google can follow the move. We cannot promise where you will rank, since that depends on many things, but we protect what you have already built. See our website redesign page.

  • Yes. We set up the on-site SEO: page titles, headings, descriptions, a sitemap and local business details in the code. Your Google Business Profile belongs to you, so we advise on what to update and you make the changes. No one can promise a ranking, but the foundations are there from day one.

  • Yes. Every clinic site has an enquiry form that emails your front desk, plus call buttons that work on a phone. If you already use an online booking tool, we link patients straight to it. Tell us what you use on the discovery call and we will say what is possible.

  • Yes. We are a small studio based in Toronto, and we work fully remotely with clients in Canada, the UK and beyond. Parchmore Dental, the practice in our case study above, is in Croydon, in the UK.

  • It depends on the size of your clinic and what you need, so we do not publish prices. Book a free consultation and we will give you a clear quote after we have talked it through.
